Terms of use and privacy policy.

1. Using TrueQuote

By creating an account or using TrueQuote, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep your login secure and use the service only for lawful Australian transport work.

TrueQuote provides planning tools and estimates based on information entered by users and route data supplied by third parties. Results are not a fixed transport price, professional advice, a permit, a route approval or a guarantee that a vehicle may legally complete a journey. You remain responsible for checking route suitability, access, mass and dimensions, load restraint, permits, road-manager approvals, curfews, fatigue and work-hour requirements, toll classifications, insurance, licences, payment terms and all other legal and operational requirements.

Requester accounts can post transport requirements. Carrier accounts can review available requests, calculate costs and submit quotes after their business details have been approved. Posting a request does not guarantee a quote or completed transport job. TrueQuote provides the marketplace and calculation tools but is not the carrier, shipper or a party to the transport contract between users.

When a requester accepts a carrier quote, TrueQuote records the accepted price, closes competing quotes and shares the requester's supplied contact phone with the accepted carrier. The parties must independently confirm the final scope, condition of the goods, pickup and delivery arrangements, insurance, timing, payment and transport terms.

TrueQuote is an independent product of Fleet Track Framework. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or integrated with Loadshift unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Carrier approval and subscriptions

Carrier accounts must provide a company name, contact number, valid Australian Business Number and confirmation of suitable current transport insurance. Fleet Track Framework may approve, reject, suspend or request updated carrier details. Approval is a platform access control only and is not an endorsement or guarantee of a carrier's services.

Requester accounts are currently free. Carrier access to TrueQuote Pro includes a 7-day trial followed by an A$19 monthly subscription, charged in Australian dollars. Stripe securely handles payment details. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and pricing shown at checkout controls if it differs from this page.

You can cancel through the billing portal inside your account. A paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancel during the trial before it ends to avoid the first monthly charge. Except where required by law, fees already charged are not refundable for a change of mind or partial use. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Information we collect and why

We collect account and business details, load requests, uploaded photos, private load messages, notifications, contact details, truck and driver cost profiles, quote details, subscription status, support requests and technical information such as login sessions, device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed and actions taken. We use this information to provide and secure TrueQuote, calculate and display estimates, operate the marketplace, process subscriptions, send service notifications, investigate misuse, support users and understand how the service performs.

Load-request information and photos may be shown to authenticated carrier accounts so they can assess and quote the work. Quote and message information is shown to the relevant requester and carrier. When a quote is accepted, the parties receive the contact information needed to coordinate the job. Do not include unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in descriptions, photos or messages.

Stripe processes card and billing information; TrueQuote does not store complete card details. We use service providers including Floot for application hosting and data services, HERE Technologies for address, route and toll information, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for subscriptions. These providers may process information in countries outside Australia under their own security and privacy arrangements.

We use essential session cookies to keep users signed in and technical analytics to measure visits, page views and interactions. We do not sell saved quote, load, message, photo, truck-profile or driver-profile data.

4. Storage, security and your choices

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including authenticated access and private storage for load photos. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or information has been compromised.

We keep information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. You may ask to access or correct personal information, or request deletion of an account, subject to those obligations and the rights of other users involved in a transaction.

5. User content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of descriptions, photos and other content you upload. You give Fleet Track Framework a limited permission to store, process and display that content as required to operate TrueQuote. You must have the right to upload it and must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or privacy-invasive material, malicious code, unsolicited advertising or content that exposes unnecessary personal information.

We may remove content, restrict marketplace activity, suspend accounts or preserve records where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate complaints, comply with law or enforce these terms.

6. Availability, changes and liability

We aim to keep TrueQuote available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, third-party route or toll data, delivery of every email, or that an estimate will match the final cost of a job. Features may be changed, paused or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Fleet Track Framework is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, transport delay, route restriction, permit refusal, inaccurate information supplied by a user or reliance on an estimate without an independent operational check. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms and this privacy policy. Material changes will be communicated in the service or by email where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
